Book the assessment.
Write from the form. The first reply is sent within one working day and names a 90-minute hour on the timetable. Assessment only is from S$160. Block Access is discussed after the sheet exists.
The unit on Eng Hoon Street
What to expect in the first reply
The first message confirms that the enquiry arrived and names two or three assessment hours that fit the timetable you described. If you did not name hours, we offer a morning and an evening slot in the following week. The assessment fee, from S$160, is stated again so the figure on this site and the figure in the email match.
If the note mentions pain, a recent procedure, or a clinician, the reply will ask for written clearance before the hour is held. That is not a diagnosis and not a refusal. It is the same rule used on the Rebuild track. You can send the letter to [email protected].
The reply will not attach a training plan. The plan is written in the room, after the sheet exists. People who want Block Access in the same week as the assessment should say so; the assessment fee is then credited against the block figure, from S$680, as described on the access page.
Getting here
From Tiong Bahru MRT (East–West Line), walk about eight minutes along Tiong Bahru Road and into Eng Hoon Street. The unit is #02-04 on the second floor. The building has a stair and no lift. Street parking nearby is short-stay and is not reserved for the studio. Most people arrive on foot. Come ten minutes early on assessment day so the seated heart-rate reading is not taken in a rush from the street.
