Thefitnessspace

Access plans

Access is priced by block, not by month of guesswork.

A block is six weeks with a retest on a printed date. The assessment is a separate product. Monthly rolling access is not sold, because a month does not match the method.

Logic

Why the bill follows the block

The method runs in six-week units. Load is prescribed for that unit and reviewed at the end of it. A calendar month cuts across that unit and leaves a week unpaid or a week unreviewed. Thefitnessspace therefore sells access by the block. The 90-minute assessment is paid on its own, from S$160, because it is complete even if you never take a training slot. People who want only the sheet, and who will train elsewhere, are not asked to buy floor time.

A freeze is a written pause, not an informal gap. It is used when a doctor asks for time off or when work removes you from Singapore for more than two weeks. Ordinary busy weeks are handled by holding load, not by stopping the clock. The rules sit in plain words further down this page and again in the terms. Prices below are the figures used on every page of this site: from S$160, from S$680, and from S$860. The final figure for a block is confirmed in the reply to your enquiry, once the weekly session count is known.

Plans

Three ways to buy the work

Assessment only

from S$160

  • 90-minute assessment
  • Printed metrics sheet
  • PDF of the same sheet
  • Track recommendation
  • Draft six-week plan
  • No floor access after the hour

For a person who wants the document and will train in another room, or who wants to read the plan before buying a block. It does not renew. A later assessment is a new booking.

Block Access + Review Calls

from S$860

  • Everything in Block Access
  • Two 20-minute review calls inside the block
  • Calls used for journal questions, not for a new programme
  • Useful on shift work or travel weeks
  • Same retest rules
  • Same eight-person slots
  • Renewal written at week six

For a week that is hard to keep still. The calls do not replace the retest and do not rewrite the plan mid-block. They keep the journal honest when you cannot stay after a slot.

Rules

Rules in plain words

A booked slot may be cancelled without charge if we have at least twelve hours’ notice. Inside that window the slot is treated as used. The rule exists because eight people is a hard cap and a late gap cannot be filled with a walk-in.

A block may be paused when a doctor asks for time off, or when you will be out of Singapore for more than fourteen days. The pause is written, with a return week. Ordinary tired weeks are not pauses. They are holds on load inside the same dates.

Block Access is valid for the six weeks printed on the plan, plus fourteen days of unused slots if a week was missed and not paused. After that window the remaining hours lapse. They are not banked into a later year.

Fees already paid for a started block are not returned because a week felt inconvenient. A block that has not started may be moved once to a later start date within thirty days. Assessment only is paid for the hour you attend; it is not refunded after the sheet has been written.

Renewal is a decision at the retest, from the new sheet. There is no automatic charge. If you want another block, it is written and priced before you leave the review, using the same “from S$…” figures as this page.

Pay

Payment questions

Is the assessment deducted from Block Access?

If you buy Block Access in the same week as the assessment, the assessment fee is credited against the block figure. If you take only the assessment and decide later, the hour remains a separate product from S$160.

Can I pay month by month?

No. The method is a six-week unit. Splitting it into calendar months leaves the retest hanging or asks the studio to invent a fourth week. The block is the bill.

What does “from S$” mean?

The published figures are the starting prices: from S$160, from S$680, and from S$860. A week with three sessions costs more than a week with two. The reply to your enquiry states the figure that applies to the session count on your plan.

Start with the assessment fee

Write to [email protected] or use the form. Say how many days you can train. The reply will name the plan and the figure that matches that week.
