The studio and this website
Thefitnessspace operates a training floor at 56 Eng Hoon Street, #02-04, Tiong Bahru, Singapore 160056. The website at https://thefitnessspace.life describes the method, the tracks, the timetable, and the way to book a 90-minute assessment. Sending the contact form, attending an assessment, or buying a block means you have read these terms and the privacy notice. If a line here conflicts with a sentence elsewhere, this page wins.
The site is information and a booking door. It is not a medical service and not a shop checkout. Ask for the PDF if you have lost a plan.
Booking and cancelling a slot
Training happens in booked slots. Weekdays have twelve starts from 06:15 to 20:30. Saturday has seven starts from 07:15 to 14:45. Sunday has four starts from 08:15 to 12:00. Door hours are Monday–Friday 06:00–21:30, Saturday 07:00–16:00, and Sunday 08:00–13:00. A slot holds a maximum of eight people. Walk-in training is not offered.
A slot may be cancelled without charge if notice reaches us at least twelve hours before the start time, by email to [email protected] or by telephone on +65 6276 3418. Inside that window the slot is treated as used. Repeated late arrivals may be asked to take a later hour rather than join a slot that has already started.
An assessment is a 90-minute hold and occupies a slot plus the hour that follows. Cancelled with twelve hours’ notice, the hour is released. Missed without notice, the assessment fee, from S$160, is treated as used.
Blocks
Access to the floor after the assessment is sold as a six-week block. The published starting prices are from S$680 for Block Access and from S$860 for Block Access + Review Calls. The figure that applies to your week is stated in the email reply once the session count is known. Monthly rolling access is not sold. A block includes the booked slots on the assigned track, the session journal, and the 60-minute retest on the printed date. Review Calls are two twenty-minute conversations inside the block. They do not rewrite the programme and they do not replace the retest.
A block may be paused when a doctor asks for time off, or when you will be out of Singapore for more than fourteen days. The pause is written, with a return week, and the retest moves with the remaining sessions. Ordinary busy weeks are not pauses. They are handled by holding load inside the same dates. Unused slots may be used for fourteen days after the printed end date if a week was missed and not paused. After that window they lapse. They are not banked into a later year.
Renewal is a decision at the retest. There is no automatic charge. If you want another block, it is written from the new sheet before you leave the review. Assessment only, from S$160, does not include floor access after the hour and does not include a later retest.
Health and responsibility
Thefitnessspace provides structured training. It does not provide medical care, physiotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Speak with a doctor before starting a block if you have a history of heart disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, recent surgery, unexplained pain, or any condition that makes strenuous work unwise. If a clinician has been involved, bring written clearance. Rebuild is the usual track in that case. A stopped test is a training decision, not a diagnosis.
The room has loaded bars, ergs, and a sled, and those objects can injure. You follow the script, tell the coach when something hurts in a new way, and leave a session if you are asked to stop. Meal plans are not sold as medicine. General remarks about eating enough to support the block are not a dietetic service.
Payment
Fees are confirmed in email and paid by the method named in that email. There is no card form on this website. Assessment only is paid for the hour you attend. If you buy Block Access in the same week, the assessment fee is credited against the block figure. Fees for a started block are not returned because a week felt inconvenient. A block that has not started may be moved once to a later start date within thirty days. After a retest, a new block is a new fee at the figures then published, using the same “from S$…” language if the public prices have not changed.
The website
Text and photographs on this site are provided so you can decide whether to book. Internal links point only to pages on this host. The map on the contact page is a Google Maps embed without an API key. If the embed fails, the address in the sidenote is still the address.
Changes and law
These terms may change when the method, the timetable, or the access rules change. The new text applies to blocks booked after the change. A block already in progress keeps the cancellation and pause rules it was bought under, unless a change is required by law. The governing law is the law of Singapore. Courts in Singapore have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be settled by writing to [email protected]. These terms first applied in 2026.
